Hope Hammer serves as of counsel to the firm. She concentrates her practice in the area of real estate law, with particular emphasis on commercial leasing and commercial, residential and industrial real estate development and loan financings. Hope has handled numerous commercial leasing matters, representing office, retail and industrial landlords and tenants. Hope has represented residential real estate developers in land acquisitions, construction and permanent loan financings, establishing planned community governance regimes, drafting reciprocal easement agreements and township development agreements, and public private partnership agreements.
Hope began her career as associate in the Real Estate Department of Duane Morris, LLP (formerly Duane, Morris & Heckscher, LLP), a large international law firm. While at Duane Morris, LLP, in addition to her representation of commercial and residential real estate developers, she worked closely with her colleagues in the Corporate, Health Care, Tax and Reorganization & Finance Departments in handling all real estate aspects of large healthcare transactions, including the sale and purchase of medical practices and nursing facilities. Hope was made a Partner in the Real Estate Department of Duane Morris in 2004. In 2005, Hope joined Robert Chalphin Associates, Inc., a regional title insurance agency, as General Counsel and Corporate Closing Officer. In 2006 she also joined the previous firm of our co-founding, John Royer, Royer & Associates, LLC, where she had been of-counsel.
She is of special assistance to RCCB clients because of her expertise in commercial leasing matters and her years of experience at a large firm working closely with corporate, tax, and healthcare lawyers in counseling corporate and healthcare clients in acquisition, title, leasing, financing, and development matters.
