I empower ambition when I help my clients achieve their business objectives through creative problem solving, effective execution and keeping all parties focused on deal completion.

In particular, I recently assisted a seller in connection with the sale of its former corporate headquarters where, during the due diligence period, the buyer discovered that the building suffered from substantial maintenance issues and other problems.  The parties were at an impasse.  They were dug into their respective positions and the transaction nearly fell apart as a result.  Because I was convinced that the consummation of the transaction was still in the parties’ best interests, I took it upon myself to convince the seller to make certain repairs to the building and the buyer to accept a reasonable accommodation in the purchase price, despite their hesitancies, all while facing an impending deadline.  The transaction closed according to schedule and, upon reflection, each party acknowledged that they had made the right decision and thanked me for my intervention and advocacy.
