Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC (RCCB), a law firm offering a distinctive combination of practical business acumen, legal expertise and entrepreneurial passion, today announced the addition of Chief Financial and Administrative Officer Erik Carrozza.

Mr. Carrozza brings extensive business and operational experience to RCCB, joining the firm after spending the last five years as Vice President of Operations at LiquidHub, a leading customer engagement technology company. Prior to LiquidHub, Mr. Carrozza served as the CFO of various emerging growth technology firms. Before his CFO roles, Mr. Carrozza founded Caprock, Inc., an outsourced CFO advisory firm catering to emerging companies in 2001. He was a co-founder of The Sycamore Group, a technology consulting firm, in 1998. Mr. Carrozza started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, working in both Tax and Business Assurance.

Mr. Carrozza will visit all of the firm’s locations on a regular basis, with his primary office in the firm’s new Conshohocken facility. With RCCB experiencing significant growth, adding both new attorneys and administrative positions, the firm has moved into a larger office at 101 West Elm Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428. The new space combines an urban contemporary elegance with efficient utility, providing an optimal environment for productive legal counseling, as well as hosting client meetings and networking events.

“Erik’s addition, as the first non-lawyer executive to join RCCB, combined with our new and expanded Conshohocken office, are illustrative of the growing momentum we are experiencing with the innovative approach we take to serving our clients,” said John E. Royer, Jr., Managing Partner at RCCB. “We look forward to offering our clients even greater legal resources to address their needs as we continue to add proven, experienced members to our team of trusted advisors.”
