Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC (RCCB) welcomes David S. Kovsky to the firm as a Partner. David focuses his practice on advising individuals and families on complex estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, closely held businesses, tax-exempt organizations and wealth transfer tax planning.
David's clients are owners and executives of public and private companies representing a broad array of industries, including real estate, technology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, private equity and hedge funds, manufacturing, transportation and energy.

David earned his Master of Laws (Taxation) from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law, where he also earned a Certificate in Estate Planning; his law degree from Tulane University Law School; and his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
David is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York.
