Biography

Luke T. LaRocca focuses his practice on advising clients on a variety of issues including mergers and acquisitions, business and commercial transactions, private equity and venture capital transactions, debt and equity financings, business formation, and general corporate matters. He represents clients spanning a variety of industries, including technology, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, energy, and family-owned businesses. Prior to attending law school, Luke worked at one of the world’s largest investment banking institutions in New York City.
