250 Years of Innovation. Built for What’s Next.

Philadelphia is where American innovation began, and that same entrepreneurial spirit continues to shape how we serve our clients—and how we build for the future.

A Legacy of Visionary Thinking. A Future in Motion.

Philadelphia is more than a historic landmark—it is a living example of what happens when vision meets action. Those roots continue to empower RCCB.

Dear Clients, Colleagues, and Friends:

As our nation marks its 250th anniversary, we are mindful that Philadelphia is not just the backdrop of American history, but its proving ground.

This city was built by individuals who questioned convention, pursued opportunity, and believed deeply in the power of ideas put into action. Those same principles—curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to build something meaningful—continue to define Philadelphia today.

At Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld, we are proud to be part of a community whose origins are rooted in innovation and whose future is shaped by it.

Like the early architects of this city, RCCB was built by entrepreneurs—people willing to take calculated risks, challenge traditional models, and design something new with purpose and intention.

From our earliest days, we set out to create a law firm that reflects how businesses actually operate: nimble, practical, and focused on helping clients move forward. That mindset—born in Philadelphia—continues to guide how we serve our clients and collaborate with one another.

As we celebrate this milestone anniversary, we do so with gratitude for the clients, colleagues, and referral partners who have trusted us and grown alongside us.

Benjamin Franklin helped shape a city built on independence, ingenuity, and enterprise.

We are proud to carry that legacy forward—helping shape businesses built on those same principles, 250 years later, while remaining focused on what comes next here in Philadelphia and beyond.

With our best wishes,

John E. Royer, Jr.
