Senior Corporate Finance Attorney (Debt Finance)

Location: Preference for Philadelphia, PA or Conshohocken, PA. Remote, Cherry Hill, NJ or New

GENERAL SUMMARY
RCCB is seeking a Senior Corporate Finance Attorney to build out our debt team. The attorney will work on borrower- and lender-side loan facilities and all related aspects of debt financings. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced transactional attorney seeking sophisticated debt financing work, direct client interaction, and a strong platform for long-term growth within a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in structuring, negotiating, and closing senior and subordinated credit facilities, with strong drafting skills and client-facing capabilities. Family Law Associate

Position: Family Law Associate

GENERAL SUMMARY
RCCB is seeking a talented Family Law Associate to join our collaborative and growing Family Law
Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced family law attorneys on
sophisticated and often highly sensitive matters involving divorce, custody, support, protection
from abuse, property division, agreements, and related litigation. The ideal candidate will be a
strong writer and researcher with sound judgment, compassion for clients, and a desire to
develop courtroom experience, manage matters with increasing independence, and contribute
to a supportive, client-focused team. At this time, the position requires attendance five (5) days
per week for the first year before converting to the firm’s hybrid in-office schedule.
