NEW BUSINESS INTAKE AND BILLING SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Position: New Business Intake and Billing Support Specialist
Department: Finance
Reports to: CFO/Director of Operations
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Location: Conshohocken or Philadelphia Office, 3 days per week

GENERAL SUMMARY

The New Business Intake and Billing Support Specialist works under the direction of the CFO/Director of Operations supporting the Firm’s rate management, billing administration, and new business intake (NBI) functions. The role will primarily provide billing support and handle generating new business/matter intakes, and preparing conflicts of interest reporting needed for the firm's risk management. The ideal candidate is someone with exceptional organizational and communication skills and a positive attitude. This position will report out of the Conshohocken or Philadelphia office with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.
