Elizabeth R. Glowacki Accepted Into Prestigious ACG University Program

RCCB associate Elizabeth R. Glowacki has been accepted into the ACG University program conducted by the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). She was selected as one of 40 up-and-coming M&A dealmakers to participate in this in-depth seven-week program, organized by the local Philadelphia chapter of ACG. The program offers an immersive educational and networking platform for rising M&A professionals and the broader ACG community.

Elizabeth is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Business practice, where she focuses on advising clients on leveraged financing transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-based lending, syndicated and bilateral financings, capital call lines of credit, mezzanine financings, and other secured and unsecured lending arrangements. She represents a wide range of parties in financing transactions—agents, banks, corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and nonbank lenders—and regularly advises on lending matters involving clients across industries such as technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, health care, and financial services.
