Gina Nardo Appointed CFO and Director of Operations; Amy Schaffer Joins as Director of Business Development
Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC (RCCB) is pleased to announce the addition of two new business professionals to its leadership team. Gina Nardo has joined RCCB as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Director of Operations, and Amy Schaffer has joined the firm as Director of Business Development.

In a composite role that is new for RCCB, Gina will be responsible for the overall financial management of the firm as well as operational risk, reporting and other business functions. She has more than 20 years of experience in domestic and international law firm financial management. Prior to joining RCCB, she served as CFO for Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP. Before that, Gina was Controller for Am Law 100 firms Cozen O’Connor and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.

Amy is a distinguished legal professional with a proven track record in marketing and business development. Prior to being named Director of Business Development at RCCB, Amy rose through the ranks at Fox Rothschild LLP, ultimately earning the title of Assistant Director of Business Development Support.
