We are proud to share that Marc Hirschfield served on the Advisory Board for the 2026 New York City Bankruptcy Conference, hosted by the American Bar Association Bankruptcy Institute on May 20–21. Marc will also participate in the Subchapter V Panel, which will examine how Subchapter V works in practice, including eligibility and debt limits, plan confirmation requirements, the critical role of trustees, and recent legal developments affecting small business reorganizations.

The New York City Bankruptcy Conference is one of ABI’s premier events, held at the New York Marriott Marquis, bringing together leading restructuring and insolvency professionals from across the country to discuss the most pressing issues in bankruptcy law. Congratulations to Marc on helping shape the program and contributing to a timely discussion.
