Marc Skapof Appointed to the Turnaround Management Association’s (TMA) Global Board of Trustees

We are pleased to announce that Marc Skapof, a Partner in our New York-based Business and Restructuring practice, has been appointed to the Turnaround Management Association’s (TMA) Global Board of Trustees for a two-year term beginning in 2024. Marc, a longstanding member of TMA, has previously served as Chairman, President, and Director of the New York City Chapter of the TMA, the largest chapter in the organization. Currently, he actively contributes to the organization by serving on TMA’s Chapter Resource and Response Committee and the New York Chapter’s Academic Relations Committee.

Marc has consistently been recognized as a top bankruptcy lawyer in New York City by Super Lawyers every year since 2014. His practice focuses on in- and out-of-court debt restructurings, creditors’ rights, debtor and estate fiduciary representations, debt financing, lending, DIP and exit financing, bankruptcy litigation, distressed M&A, corporate governance, and bankruptcy-remote transactions.
