Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC Moves Philadelphia Office to Two Logan Square

The law firm of Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC (RCCB) today announces the move of its Philadelphia office from 1700 Market Street to Two Logan Square. The firm, which focuses on serving the needs of corporate clients, as well as individuals, families, entrepreneurs and executives, has continued to grow since its inception in 2012.

“After establishing a downtown presence, the continued demand from new and existing clients led to a need for additional attorneys and support staff, and in turn, a larger and more permanent location,” said Neil A. Cooper, Executive Partner. “The firm also wanted to add additional meeting space to enhance collaboration opportunities with our clients and among our many practice areas.”

Mr. Cooper is based in Philadelphia, along with fellow Partner Roger J. Braunfeld. Mr. Cooper and Mr. Braunfeld are members of the firm’s Corporate and Business practice group and focus on advising business and corporate clients on a broad range of agreements, financings and mergers and acquisitions.

The three Partners are joined in the new office by Sean S. Litz and Jessica L. Itzkowitz, who focus on commercial litigation and business disputes, Melissa B. Paszamant, who is a member of the Private Client Services Group and focus on complex estate planning and estate and trust administration, and Ian S. Polonsky (licensed in NY only), a member of the Corporate and Business practice group who focuses on licensing and commercial contracts as well as other corporate related matters.

The new address for the Philadelphia office is Two Logan Square, 100 N. 18th Street, Suite 710, Philadelphia, PA 19103. RCCB’s original office remains in Conshohocken, PA.
