Partner Marc Hirschfield Named to Prestigious List for the Eighth Time and Partner Marc Skapof Named to List for the Fifth Time

Hirschfield and Marc Skapof have been selected to the 2018 New York Metro Super Lawyers list. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in the New York metropolitan area are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.

Hirschfield, who made the list for the eighth consecutive year, and Skapof, who made the list for the fifth consecutive year, reside in RCCB’s New York City office as members of the firm’s Business Restructuring & Bankruptcy, Litigation, International and Corporate & Business practice areas. They focus their practice on the representation of debtors, debtor-in-possession lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, and creditors’ committees, purchasers and sellers of distressed debt, and asset acquirers in both out-of-court workouts and bankruptcy cases.

Hirschfield and Skapof also regularly represent lenders and borrowers in traditional financing transactions and are also accomplished commercial litigators. Their international practice has included work on cross-border insolvency cases in many countries including Canada, Australia, Bermuda, and the British Virgin Islands. In addition, Hirschfield was also included in the 2018 and 2019 Editions of The Best Lawyers in America©.
