Aislinn E. Sroczynski

Biography

Aislinn E. Sroczynski focuses her practice on employment law, advising employers and executives on workplace matters, employment compliance and disputes. She works closely with business leaders and human resources professionals to manage risk and develop practical solutions tailored to their organizations.

Aislinn counsels employers on federal and state employment laws and day-to-day personnel matters, conducts employment audits, and drafts and updates employee handbooks and workplace policies. She also drafts and negotiates employment-related agreements and compensation arrangements and represents companies and individuals in disputes involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets and other post-employment restrictions.

Aislinn represents employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other administrative agencies and defends clients in employment litigation. She also advises clients on workplace training and develops and conducts harassment prevention and other employment-related training programs.

A frequent writer and speaker on developments affecting employers, Aislinn addresses emerging workplace issues, including DEI, restrictive covenants, employee leave requirements and artificial intelligence in employment decision-making. Her commentary has appeared in RCCB and external publications, including the Accounting MOVE Project Report, and she regularly presents to employers and business audiences on employment law developments.

In addition to her employment practice, Aislinn advises insurers and policyholders on insurance coverage matters and represents businesses in complex commercial litigation. Her litigation experience spans matters from preliminary disputes and injunction proceedings through depositions, hearings and appellate briefing.

Aislinn serves on RCCB’s Associates Committee and is actively involved in initiatives supporting associate development and engagement.
