Biography

Annette DeSipio serves as a law clerk, providing support to the Corporate & Business practice group. She began her career at RCCB as a summer law clerk in 2022. She is on track to be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar November 2023.

In law school, Annette participated in Drexel University’s co-op program where she drafted contracts for a compliance company that services investment advisors and investment companies. Prior to attending law school, Annette worked at Vanguard as a brokerage specialist where she obtained Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, and later worked as a legal administrator in the Office of the General Counsel on the Intellectual Property team.

  • Prior to attending law school, I worked at Vanguard as a brokerage specialist where I obtained Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, and later worked as a legal administrator in the Office of the General Counsel on the Intellectual Property team.

  • I received the 2022 Sidney M. Perlstadt Award by the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel for my paper, Sulyma and Its Aftermath: ERISA’s Fiduciary Statute of Limitations and the Meaning of Knowledge. 
WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUELY ME
  • I am a first-generation American in my mother’s family who immigrated to the United States from Poland.
  • I grew up in Montgomery County, PA.
  • I enjoy traveling around the U.S. and Europe.
  • My hobbies include cooking, biking, and trying new restaurants in Philadelphia.
