Biography
As Director of Technology at RCCB, Dean Gomes brings more than 20 years of experience in technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud modernization, service delivery, and innovation. He works closely with Firm leadership, attorneys, and business professionals to align technology initiatives with business needs while supporting secure, efficient, and reliable operations.
Prior to joining RCCB, Dean held senior technology leadership roles in law firms and other professional services organizations. His experience includes technology planning and modernization, cybersecurity and risk management, legal technology, artificial intelligence and Microsoft Copilot adoption, vendor management, business continuity, and technology training and user adoption.
