As the Director of Human Capital and Resources at RCCB, Helena Boone brings more than 20 years of experience in risk management, strategic HR initiatives and process optimization to the firm. In her role, she contributes to the accomplishment of HR best practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented and high-performance firm culture, ensuring the highest quality of service to legal personnel and maximizing efficiency of administrative services.
Prior to RCCB, Helena worked in the legal industry for an Am Law 200 firm as well as a top 25 accounting and consulting firm. Helena has a wealth of experience in the professional services industry and is passionate about creating work environments that make a positive impact on the lives of the people and clients of the firm.
