Biography
Jacqueline A. Dansak is a member of the Corporate & Business practice group, where she delivers comprehensive legal services to support businesses at every stage of growth. Her practice focuses on contract law, including the thoughtful drafting and negotiation of a wide range of agreements to safeguard clients’ interests and promote clarity in business relationships. She counsels entrepreneurs on company formation and structure, helping them choose and establish the right entity to meet their goals. Jacqueline also has significant experience guiding clients through mergers and acquisitions, from strategic planning and due diligence to closing. In addition, she advises on corporate governance matters, helping businesses stay compliant and aligned with best practices as they evolve. Jacqueline is also an adjunct at Temple Law School, where she teaches a course called "Lawyering for Entrepreneurship."

- I was formerly the Founder and CEO of Amphibian Pte, Ltd., a virtual operations-for-hire firm in Singapore with staff located in the U.S., China, and Singapore.
- I was the Senior Director of Corporate Marketing & International Channel Marketing for InFocus Corp., a leader in the design and manufacture of projectors, displays, and collaborative technology solutions.
- I am the Executive Producer for the USA movie “Riot on the Dance Floor."
- Co-founded and financially backed Block 43 Studio Gallery, a space that fostered the growth of emerging contemporary artists in Southeast Asia.
- I produced the book “Holdsworth,” (ISBN# 978-981-08-1228-7), the biography and works of the artist James R. Holdsworth.
WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUELY ME
- I was raised in an Asian and Western household, and I bring both cultural customs and perspectives to my work and personal interactions.
- I enjoy creating something from nothing. I have started multiple businesses on my own and helped numerous companies in varied industries, from private aviation to wearable electronics to health and beauty, come into being.
- My hobbies include travelling, puzzling, baking, Muay Thai kickboxing, and spending time with my French Bulldog, “Marcel.”
