Biography
Kaitlyn Mazur focuses her practice on all aspects of family law, including divorce, equitable distribution and the division of marital property, alimony and spousal support, child custody and visitation, child support, and related family law matters. She also counsels clients regarding prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and has experience with adoption matters, including same-sex adoption.
Kaitlyn represents clients throughout Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. She works closely with clients to understand their individual circumstances, priorities and long-term goals, recognizing that family law matters often arise during particularly personal and difficult periods in their lives. Kaitlyn emphasizes clear communication and building trusted relationships with her clients, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions throughout the legal process.
Where appropriate, Kaitlyn helps clients pursue negotiated resolutions, mediation and arbitration as alternatives to litigation. When contested proceedings are necessary, she advocates for her clients with a practical, strategic approach tailored to the circumstances of each matter.

I Want You To Know
- Before entering private practice, I served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Michael W. Arrington in the State of Delaware Family Court, an experience that gave me valuable insight into family law proceedings from the court’s perspective.
- I began my private practice career as a family law associate at a boutique firm in Northeast Philadelphia.
- I am a 2026 graduate of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Leadership Development Program.
- During law school, I was recognized as a Superior Author by the Widener Law Review for an article examining the legal implications of the nation’s opioid crisis.
- I volunteered as a certified legal intern with the Delaware Civil Clinic, where I assisted victims of domestic violence in obtaining civil protective orders.
- I provide pro bono and low-cost family law consultations through the Women’s Resource Center of Delaware County.
What Makes Me Uniquely Me
- When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with family and our two dogs, Willy and Stella.
