Biography
Kazi Ahmed is a member of the Corporate & Business practice group, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions (including cross-border transactions), private equity and emerging growth/venture capital financing, investment management, corporate governance, and general corporate counseling. He has represented public and private companies, private equity funds, venture capital groups, and family offices across a range of industries, including financial services, technology, healthcare, energy and resources, entertainment and media, online gaming, and professional sports. Kazi is experienced in leading deal teams and advising clients on all facets of the transaction lifecycle, including drafting and negotiating principal documents, managing legal due diligence, and coordinating with executives and other stakeholders.

WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUELY ME
- I graduated from high school at 16 years old and made the varsity soccer team at 15.
- I play several musical instruments (piano is my favorite), and I like to use Pro Tools for digital music composition.
- I love to travel – I've visited 13 countries, with Japan being my favorite (so far).
