Biography
As Director of Finance, Kelly oversees the firm’s accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and internal financial controls. She works closely with firm leadership and administrative teams to enhance financial processes, strengthen operational efficiency, and support the firm’s continued growth.
Kelly has more than 15 years of accounting and financial management experience, including an extensive background within the legal industry. Throughout her career, she has managed accounting teams, supported financial system implementations, and developed scalable processes to improve operations.
