Biography

Matthew Carder is an associate in RCCB’s Corporate & Business Group, where he supports clients on a range of business and transactional matters. His work includes assisting with entity formation, corporate governance, contract drafting and review, mergers and acquisitions, tax-related business planning, and other general corporate matters.

Matthew brings a strong foundation in corporate, tax, and commercial law, along with an accounting background that informs his practical approach to client service. Before joining RCCB, Matthew worked in international tax at a Big Four accounting and professional services firm, where he developed experience advising on tax and business issues involving companies across a range of industries.

  • Prior to moving to Pennsylvania, I was a youth soccer coach in Salt Lake City.
