Biography
Taylor G. Horn is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Business Group, where she supports clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. Her practice includes assisting with business transactions, corporate governance, financing matters, commercial agreements, and general corporate counseling.
Before joining RCCB, Taylor practiced litigation at a leading international law firm. She also brings more than four years of prior experience in the financial services industry, where she worked with business, legal, compliance and risk management teams.
