Zachary Jacobs

Biography

Zachary Jacobs is a member of RCCB’s Corporate & Business practice group, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, portfolio company matters, corporate governance, entity formation and planning, commercial agreements, and other general business matters.

Zachary supports deal teams representing private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, privately held businesses, entrepreneurs, and sellers of middle-market companies in connection with transactional and day-to-day corporate matters.  His experience includes assisting with buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, add-on acquisitions, platform investments, corporate diligence, disclosure schedules, ancillary transaction documents, and closing deliverables.

Representative Matters

• Serves as a member of the deal team representing one of the largest HVAC companies in the United States in its acquisition strategy, advising on numerous roll-up transactions which include both equity and asset purchases.
• Represented a private equity backed IT consulting platform in multiple add-on acquisitions, including the acquisition of a platform of companies with operations in Spain, Mexico, and Costa Rica.
• Served as a member of the deal team that represented a U.S. sleep care management provider in its acquisition of another sleep care management provider.
