Positive Result Achieved for Nationwide Company Involving a Former Executive

RCCB'S Employment Group represented a nationwide company whose former national executive was violating his non-compete and non-solicit agreements. The executive's new employer was attempting to directly compete with our client by leveraging the executive's service offerings.
