Rézme is an education technology platform that facilitates economic and social mobility through specialized recruiting, professional development, and personalized learning for socio-economically disadvantaged and justice impacted citizens. RCCB serves as general outside counsel for them in all aspects of their business, including establishing and protecting its intellectual property rights, assistant with fundraising, and the negotiation and drafting of other internal and external commercial contracts.
