RCCB is pleased to sponsor the PACT Capital Conference on November 16-17. This year’s event will bring together key players in the Mid-Atlantic region’s private equity, venture capital, and entrepreneurial communities for interactive panel sessions and dynamic keynote addresses. Representatives from participating early-stage companies in the technology and healthcare spaces will receive live feedback from investors during PACT, as well as an opportunity to present before a Lion’s Den looking to identify lucrative investment opportunities.

RCCB Cannabis team members Roger Braunfeld and Neil Willner will moderate a distinguished panel in a discussion titled “Legal Cannabis Industry Outlook for the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Region and Nationally Looking Toward 2023 and Beyond.” Panelists will discuss how Pennsylvania is quickly becoming one of the largest population centers that does not permit recreational cannabis, while being surrounded by states that have legalized recreational cannabis sales. With the elections this fall, Pennsylvania is going to be a hotbed for legalization and associated opportunities. Legal cannabis is a capital-intensive industry currently starved for capital while increasingly in favor with consumers. The panel will discuss and analyze the path forward for this industry of the future.
