Cooper focuses his practice on business counseling and transactions for emerging growth and middle-market companies. He began his career as a member of the Business & Finance section of Morgan Lewis, one of the world’s largest law firms. He also served as General Counsel of EXE Technologies, a NASDAQ-listed software company. Cooper received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and his A.B. from Harvard College. He has been rated a top Philadelphia attorney for Corporate & Business by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers each year since 2017.
