Cameron L. Dobbs is an associate in RCCB’s Real Estate Group based in the firm’s Nashville office. He supports clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, working with developers, owners, investors, and lenders on matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development across diverse asset classes.

Represented a buyer in a comprehensive real estate due diligence and negotiation of a $122 million unit purchase agreement, ensuring risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
Represented a buyer in the closing of a $3.5 million multi-property acquisition, including the negotiation and execution of a simultaneous leaseback agreement.
