Biography

Ryan represents public and private companies in complex real estate matters, including portfolio acquisitions, financings, leasing, and asset dispositions. His experience includes managing large-scale transactions involving hundreds of commercial properties, overseeing due diligence processes, and drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, land use agreements, and financing documents. He also advises national landlords and tenants, as well as regional and closely held businesses, in negotiating leases and subleases tailored to their operational and strategic needs.

In his corporate practice, Ryan works with small to mid-sized businesses on transactional and general corporate matters. He regularly drafts and negotiates purchase agreements in connection with mergers and acquisitions, manages diligence and disclosure processes, and entity structuring.

Ryan approaches each matter with a focus on efficiency, clarity, and alignment with his clients’ broader business objectives.

Prior to his legal career, Ryan worked with start-up and emerging companies on business planning and capital-raising initiatives, providing him with a practical perspective that informs his counsel today.
