Biography

Samuel W. Gray is an associate in the Corporate & Business Group. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, reorganizations, private business sales, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, finance, and regulatory compliance for U.S. and international businesses. Samuel also assists in structuring commercial agreements involving data privacy, intellectual property, securities regulation, and tax considerations.
