Erin Stottlemyer Gold joins the firm as Counsel in our Corporate & Business Group, advising clients on commercial and technology matters with a focus on SaaS businesses, data privacy and security, and complex contracting.

Thomas G. Kennedy joins as Counsel in our Corporate & Business Group, bringing more than 25 years of experience advising financial institutions on regulatory, governance, and compliance matters.

Samuel W. Gray joins as an Associate in our Corporate & Business Group, advising U.S. and international clients on corporate transactions and general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formations and reorganizations, corporate governance, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.

Sofia Villalobos Vega joins as an Associate in our Business Restructuring & Bankruptcy and Litigation Groups, representing businesses and stakeholders in insolvency proceedings and complex commercial disputes nationwide.
