Biography
Sofia Villalobos Vega is an associate in both the Litigation and Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy groups. She represents individual and entity clients in complex disputes and insolvency matters in federal and state courts nationwide.
Sofia advises businesses, creditors, and other stakeholders on matters arising under the Bankruptcy Code, including Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 proceedings, creditor-debtor disputes, and related litigation.
In her commercial litigation practice, Sofia represents clients at all stages of litigation, including case assessment, pleadings, and motion practice in a wide range of business disputes, working with the litigation team to develop strategies aligned with clients’ broader business objectives.
