Donna A. Tobin established and oversees the firm's trademark prosecution practice and leads the Intellectual Property group. With over thirty-five years of experience, she has been diligently serving clients across various industries with trademark litigation, prosecution, and counseling services. In 2018, she was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to serve a three-year term on the Trademark Public Advisory Committee (“TPAC”) to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Donna is recognized by NY Super Lawyers and has earned accolades as a leading lawyer in World Trademark Review 1000, World Intellectual Property Review, Best Lawyers in America, and Euromoney's Women in Business Law.

Marc E. Hirschfield leads the firm's New York office and concentrates his practice on bankruptcy, business restructuring, creditors' rights, litigation, and debt finance. Marc chairs the firm's bankruptcy practice. With more than 30 years of experience as an attorney, he regularly represents parties in bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation across the country. He has specialized in financial fraud cases where he has recovered many billions of dollars for the victims in several Ponzi scheme cases. Marc is also a court-certified mediator and has been appointed to mediation panels by the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Delaware and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America in the category of Litigation - Bankruptcy for the past five years. Additionally, he was listed in Chambers USA as a leading Bankruptcy/Restructuring attorney from 2010 to 2014 and has been acknowledged as a top attorney by NY Super Lawyers every year since 2011.  

Marc Skapof specializes in out-of-court and in-court restructurings, creditors' rights, and debtor and estate fiduciary representations. His expertise extends to debt financing, which includes healthy and distressed lending, DIP and exit financing. Additionally, he has a deep understanding of bankruptcy litigation, distressed M&A, corporate governance, and bankruptcy-remote transactions. During his career, Marc successfully recovered billions of dollars in stolen assets from the largest Ponzi scheme in history. These recoveries were achieved through numerous settlements and litigations. Notably, Marc was named a Fulbright Scholar to study Poland's transition to democracy in 1994-1995. He has consistently been acknowledged as a top lawyer by NY Super Lawyers every year since 2014. Furthermore, Marc is a frequent presenter at CLE programs where he discusses cutting-edge issues in bankruptcy law and distressed investing.
