About the Honorees

Donna A. Tobin established and oversees the firm’s trademark prosecution practice and leads the Intellectual Property Group. With over 40 years of experience, she advises clients in industries such as health and wellness, financial services, and food and beverage on trademark litigation, prosecution, and counseling. In 2017, she was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to serve a three-year term on the Trademark Public Advisory Committee (TPAC) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She is also the editor of Trademarks Throughout The World, a Thomson Reuters publication.

Marc E. Hirschfield leads RCCB’s New York office and chairs the firm’s Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy practice. He focuses on bankruptcy, business restructuring, creditors’ rights, litigation, and debt finance, representing parties nationwide. Marc has played a pivotal role in recovering billions of dollars for victims of financial fraud in major Ponzi scheme cases. He is also a court-certified mediator and has been appointed to mediation panels by the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Delaware and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Marc Skapof is a partner in the Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy practice, advising on both out-of-court and in-court restructurings, creditors’ rights, and debtor and estate fiduciary matters. His work spans debt financing, distressed M&A, bankruptcy litigation, and corporate governance. Marc has successfully recovered billions in stolen assets from the largest Ponzi scheme in history. He was also named a Fulbright Scholar to study Poland’s transition to democracy in 1994–1995.
