RCCB is pleased to sponsor “State of City Ave,” a popular event dedicated to highlighting the evolution of this important District. The event will take place on May 10, 2023 and will feature a lively panel discussion with leaders in the real estate space as they provide a behind-the-beams update on their respective projects and unpack some of the hottest development and investment trends. RCCB Senior Counsel James Ettelson is a Founder and Director of the City Avenue Special Services District.

With five major development projects underway totaling more than $300 million, the record­-setting sale of Presidential City, a proposed retail master plan and more, there is major momentum happening all across the District. “State of City Ave” will provide attendees with an insider's look at the trends impacting growth in the District and beyond. The event will feature a lively panel discussion with leaders in the real estate space as they provide a “behind-the-beams” update on their respective projects and unpack some of the hottest development and investment trends. This event is always a must-attend by real estate influencers and news media alike, with previous years attracting 150 - 200 attendees.
