Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC Opens Second Philadelphia-Area Office

The law firm of Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC (RCCB) today announced the opening of a new office in Center City Philadelphia. This will be the second location in the region for the fast-growing law firm focused on middle-market and emerging growth enterprises, and the families, investors and executives that own and operate them. Two partners and an associate will relocate from the firm’s original office in Conshohocken, PA.

The new Philadelphia office, located at 1700 Market Street, will be led by Partner Neil Cooper. Mr. Cooper focuses his practice primarily on business and corporate law matters, effectively serving as outside general counsel to many of his clients.

“Our new location is situated in the heart of Philadelphia, making it even easier for us to stay connected with our clients by offering them the convenience of two locations,” said Mr. Cooper. “Our vision is to continue to expand, both in the number of attorneys in the firm and offices around the region, in order to better suit the needs of our growing number of clients,” he added.

Mr. Cooper will be joined by Partner David Kovsky, who focuses his practice on advising individuals and families on complex estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, closely held business, tax-exempt organizations and wealth transfer tax planning.

Associate and New Jersey resident Sean Litz will be based in the Philadelphia office as well. The new location presents a great opportunity to further tap into South Jersey’s emerging business community. Mr. Litz focuses his practice in commercial and intellectual property litigation. He also counsels clients with respect to employment, general corporate and transactional matters.
