Marc Hirschfield, recognized for Bankruptcy Litigation for the fourth consecutive year, focuses his practice on bankruptcy, business restructuring, creditors' rights, litigation, and debt finance. Hirschfield is a court-certified mediator and is appointed to mediation panels formed by the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Delaware and for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Donna Tobin, recognized for Trademark Law for the sixth consecutive year, established and oversees the firm's trademark prosecution practice. She has been providing clients in the food and beverage industry, as well as many other industries, with trademark litigation, prosecution, and counseling services for nearly thirty-five years. In 2017, she was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to serve on the Trademark Public Advisory Committee ("TPAC") of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Barry Cohen, recognized for Intellectual Property Litigation, concentrates his practice in the areas of business and intellectual property litigation, including trademark, copyright, trade secret, and commercial litigation. He regularly represents clients in the protection of their intellectual property rights, and negotiation of licensing rights. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute Intellectual Property Advisory Committee, the International Trademark Association, and has held several leadership positions with the American Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Section.
