Marc B. Cytryn has joined the Employment Group while Matthew L. Devine has joined the Corporate & Business Group.

Mr. Cytryn represents employers in a broad range of employment litigation matters, including restrictive covenant and trade secrets disputes, class and collective wage and hour actions, union benefit fund and withdrawal liability matters under ERISA, and employment discrimination lawsuits. In addition, Mr. Cytryn works hand in hand with employers to assist with employment policy formation and drafting of employment agreements and compensation plans.

“We are thrilled to welcome Marc to our growing Employment Group at RCCB,” said Alex J. Nassar, Partner at RCCB. “Marc recognizes the unique characteristics of each business when it comes to labor and employment needs and understands that each situation requires a specifically tailored approach.”

Prior to joining RCCB, Mr. Cytryn served as a Labor & Employment Lawyer at Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC. “I am thrilled to join RCCB and work closely with a team of sophisticated lawyers to add value for our clients,” said Cytryn.

He also represents issuers (venture capital, real estate, and other private equity funds) in a variety of fund formation and capital-raising transactions, including private placements, crowdfunding transactions, and other offerings.

“We are delighted to have Matt join the RCCB team,” said David Gitlin, Chair of the Corporate Group at RCCB. “His experience in handling corporate matters and working closely with entrepreneurs adds even more depth to our transactional and business practice.”

Prior to joining RCCB, Mr. Devine practiced at two different regional firms. In his spare time, he serves as a reviewer and mentor for Temple University’s ‘Be Your Own Boss’ business pitch plan competition and is a volunteer startup advisor for Technical.ly Philly.

“I am excited to be a part of such an entrepreneurial and business-oriented law firm,” said Devine. “As a career entrepreneur, I understand what it is like to start and build something new even when the odds seem long. I am ready to put my experience to work on behalf of our clients.”
