Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld Expands its Private Client Services Group

Dirk M. Simpson and Taylor A. Smith are the latest attorney additions

Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC (RCCB), a law firm offering a distinctive combination of practical business acumen, legal expertise and entrepreneurial passion, today announced the addition of two new attorneys. Dirk M. Simpson and Taylor A. Smith join RCCB’s Private Client Services Group (PCSG) and will reside in the firm’s Conshohocken office.

Dirk Simpson joins RCCB as a Partner in the Private Client Services Group. Prior to this, he worked for eleven years at Kaplin Stewart, most recently as a Principal. His practice is comprised of estate planning, estate administration, asset protection planning and business succession planning. Simpson earned his LL.M. (Taxation), and J.D. from Villanova University, and his B.A., cum laude, from Colgate University. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

RCCB also welcomes Taylor Smith from Kaplin Stewart, and before that, Dilworth Paxson, LLP. In her role as Associate at RCCB, she will work as a member of the Private Client Services Group, where she will focus on estate planning and administration, tax law and controversy. Smith earned her LL.M. (Taxation), with Distinction, and her J.D., cum laude, from the Temple University Beasley School of Law, and her B.S., magna cum laude in Mathematics and B.A. magna cum laude in Political Science from Villanova University. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
