RCCB's Intellectual Property Group is Once Again Recognized by WTR1000 for Excellence

Donna A. Tobin has been awarded a Silver ranking in the United States: New York region. Nancy R. Frandsen has received multiple accolades from the WTR1000. Notably, she has been recognized with a Gold ranking in the United States: Pennsylvania region for her outstanding work in both trademark prosecution and strategy and in enforcement and litigation. Nancy's expertise and strength in handling trademark matters, particularly for clients with multinational portfolios, are highly respected within the industry. 

Barry L. Cohen, a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in trademark, copyright, unfair competition, trade secret, and commercial disputes, has been recognized with a Silver ranking in the United States: Pennsylvania region. His ability to quickly understand his clients’ businesses and tailor litigation strategies accordingly has earned him admiration among his peers.
