Hope J.   • Partnered with Envision Land Use and DeLuca Homes in the development of Prickett Preserve, a mixed-use town center in Yardley, PA. RCCB facilitated the acquisition, financing, construction, and leasing of ground lease units and retail space housing several national chains, including a supermarket, pharmacy, and financial institution, alongside other prominent retailers. With the grand opening of Wegmans, the community enhancement is sure to invigorate the local commercial and residential economy of Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, PA. The RCCB team was led by Hope Hammer, with critical support from Jonathan Grosser, Ian Livaich, Shawn Rexroad, and Elizabeth Glowacki.
  • Represented a real estate developer in the purchase of a golf course and the subsequent sale by a joint venture of the approved development to a national home builder.
  • Represents the developer of numerous multi-family and senior living facilities throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware.  
  • Handled all real estate aspects of a private-equity-backed national courier and logistics company in connection with its strategic acquisition of another national courier and logistics company.
  • Represents a number of corporations in connection with leasing of office or industrial/warehouse space throughout the United States.  Represented the purchaser of a portfolio of office buildings in Marlton and Moorestown, New Jersey and the subsequent leasing thereof.

  • Cape May Point, NJ is my happy place. I love sunsets, long walks, and any meal that I do not have to cook.
