Reflecting Significant Growth, RCCB Names New Partners and Counsel

Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC (RCCB), a law firm offering a distinctive combination of practical business acumen, legal expertise and entrepreneurial passion, today announced the promotion of attorneys Alyssa J. Brodzinski, Hope J. Hammer, Sean S. Litz and Melissa B. Paszamant to Partner and Erin E. McQuiggan to Counsel. The firm is also pleased to announce that Rachel Dub has been promoted to Marketing Manager. Brodzinski and Hammer reside in the firm’s Conshohocken office with Litz, Paszamant, McQuiggan and Dub in the Philadelphia office. The promotions were effective January 1, 2018.

Alyssa Brodzinski is an attorney in our Corporate & Business and Business Restructuring & Bankruptcy Groups. She advises corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity and venture capital transactions. Alyssa also represents lenders, including commercial banks and non-bank lenders, as well as equity investors and borrowers, in connection with acquisition and other financings. She also regularly serves as outside general counsel to clients, counseling them on a range of matters including corporate governance, employment and equity compensation issues and commercial contracts.

Hope Hammer is a member of RCCB’s Real Estate Group. Hope represents both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transaction, counsels clients on debt and financing transactions, and advises sellers, buyers and developers on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate development.

RCCB attorney Sean S. Litz is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group and focuses his practice on a wide spectrum of commercial disputes focusing on the transportation, real estate and alternative energy sectors. Sean has been selected as a Rising Star by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Magazine.

Melissa Paszamant is a member of the firm’s Private Client Services and International Groups. She focuses her practice on providing sophisticated estate and tax planning advice to individuals and families to help them achieve their wealth preservation and wealth transfer goals in a tax-efficient manner. Melissa advises clients on US and cross-border estate planning, estate and trust administration, charitable and business succession planning, and complex gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.

Newly promoted Counsel, Erin E. McQuiggan, is a member of the Private Client Services Group. Erin was selected as a Rising Star by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine and is also a Board Member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council. She advises her clients on trust and estate administration, estate planning documents, and the planning of complex gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax, charitable, business succession, and asset protection matters. Erin also represents her clients in Orphans’ Court.

Rachel Dub was recently promoted to Marketing Manager. Rachel helped establish the firm’s marketing department and is a key contributor to all the firm’s marketing activities, including social media, events and publications.
