RCCB was pleased to kick off IP Philly 2026, held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, in partnership with Temple University Beasley School of Law.

The third annual, full-day, in-person CLE program brought together attorneys, in-house counsel, members of the judiciary, and intellectual property practitioners for a comprehensive discussion of recent trends, developments, and emerging issues shaping today’s IP practice.

The program opened with remarks from RCCB Senior Counsel Nancy Rubner Frandsen and included a timely session on the evolving dynamics of NIL and its intersection with intellectual property, featuring RCCB Partner Barry Cohen and Professor Kenneth Jacobsen of Temple University Beasley School of Law.

Throughout the day, attendees explored significant developments across patent law, trade secrets, trademarks, artificial intelligence, copyright, domain names, and ethics. The program also featured a judges panel offering unique judicial perspectives, as well as an in-house panel with Chanel Lattimer-Tingan, Counsel, Intellectual Property at Major League Baseball, and Alexis Arena, Deputy General Counsel at Comcast, who shared insights on managing real-world IP challenges, risk, and corporate strategy.

The program concluded with a networking reception at Temple’s Center City Campus.
